quick update on my first days on nicotine gum. this is what i have observed so far:

    1) The gum tastes like pepper the first few minutes.
    2) I do get a pleasant feeling of wellbeeing after administration. It is not a ECA like rush, more like a intense good mood feeling..
    3) I do not get a faster heartbeat (unlike ECA) or sth..
    4) All endurance involving activities are defintaly easier.
    5) I do not get an ECA like crash after nicotine should have left my system.
    6) I do sweat more easily.

There is a very interesting article on a popular bodybuilding website. I don't want to break any forum rules so if this is not allowed, please remove it...however it is very relevant to this discussion. Avant made a product called Lipoderm Y and Par Deus (who works for Avant) came up with some modifications to the topical yohimbine fat burner (lipo-Y)...one of which was adding nicotine and capsaisin since Lipo-Y already has caffeine in it.

Anyway...I started this cocktail today with the nicotine/capsaisin in iso alochol sprayed on 5 min before the Lipo application and MAN...I've been sweating like crazy all day....and it's not supposed to be systemic? I did it yesterday with ONLY the lipo-Y and didn't sweat nearly as much. Everything else was the same...diet/work/etc. So...I can feel the nicotine doing something for sure.

Here is the link to the article:

Yeah...interesting stuff. We'll see how it goes over the next couple weeks. It should be pretty good as I've read of people as low as 6% losing 1" on their waist in a week's time and that was even without the nicotine added in. However, Par said it was pretty dramatic for him and helped get rid of stubborn abdominal fat.

By the way..if anyone is curious, to extract the nicotine here is what I did:

I got some nicotine patches dosed at 14mg/patch and cut it one into small pieces. I had an old oral spray bottle so I put 30ml of iso alcohol in it and added the pieces of the patch. (scraping it off didn't work). I let it sit for 24 hours shaking occasionally...and it appears to have stripped the gel/nicotine off the patch although I'm still leaving the pieces in the bottle in case there is more on there. I then added 2 drops of PURE CAP at a 500,000 heat unit scoville rating (HOT..normally sold at 40k hu's). It is warm on my skin but doesn't irritate me. I'll try adding more cap as I assess my tolerance. As far as the nicotine goes, I use 6 sprays of this concoction 5min before lipo application...which comes out to .47mg/application. Since it it localized this may be sufficient.

    Be forewarned!

I forgot to mention that if you DO use the CAP....spray it in a well-ventilated area. The first time I sprayed this mix, I was coughing and gasping for air and my eyes burned...and it only had 2 drops in the mix. The fumes from the alcohol potentiate these effects. It's horrible....so take this into account.

i am using a caynee pepper/cafein combo with each gum, yeah. Actually i overdone it yesterday and got some stomach problems. So 5 gums a day is my upper limit so far, i feel. I will run this dose until wendsday and then introduce nicotine patches.

seems like i don't tolerate nicotine as good as i thought in the first place. Side effects which i experienced so far are:

    - blurry vision
    - light headed feeling
    - stomach discomfort
    - diarrhea

mh.. i think i am not continuning this experiment. At least not with gums. Maybe i will try low dose patches (14mg) once more and see if there are any diffrences tolerance wise.

Goose do you have any updates bro?

Well I started my cycle late due to the hot sun here, I started yesterday with the 2mg gums.I`m very sorry to hear this Alex, anything that causes blurry vision in this game is not worth continuing. This is a shock as I thought the sides would be mild to say the least, all I have noticed so far is it makes you want to consume more Liquids .You see Nicotine affects many parts of the body, including your heart and blood vessels, your hormonal system, your metabolism, and your brain,I think this is why you have all these sides,as it hit your body in a number of parts, but did not expect it at your level. Now I went on a stop smoking web site and I got this,Withdrawal symptoms can include any of the following:

Withdrawal symptoms can include any of the following:

    dizziness
    depression
    feelings of frustration and anger
    irritability
    trouble sleeping
    trouble concentrating
    restlessness
    headache
    tiredness
    increased appetite

Sounds like you got a few of these.Main thing my der Freund is to be healthy.I will give an update.

don't know if it was withdrawl sypmthoms.. I got blurry vision only one time, and that was in the moring. I didn't dirnk enough probably so that might have been the cause.
What bothers me the most actually are the slight stomach problems and diarrhea. I think my stomach hasn't acustomed to nicotine. Maybe i can bypass this by using just nicotine patches as you suggested in an earlier post. Nvertheless i will stop using the gums and start using 14mg nicotine patches later this week.

If you want my leftover gums (about 80 or so..) shoot me a pm, bro.

Thanks Alex,I think I will steal your 80 gums,LOL.I can send you the film heat and mallrats in return, they are region 1 disks,as I have spare copies or I have these amazing ECA stacks all in one called red devil. You need to check this out:http://www.pdrhealth.com/drug_info/o...fgotc164.shtml

So the side effects you have had seem quite Apparent,I don`t think you have anything to worry about,it`s Obvious that doing this kind of Experiment being a non-smoker and living the healthy lifestyle, the effects of this drug can be of the more hardcore nature. The more I`m reading about nicotine the more concerns I have, especially how addictive it is.We all know the horror stories of Nubain,OK nicotine is not Menacing like Nubain, but I don`t like the idea of Potentially being addicted to a substance. The patches are a good idea they may avoid some sides.

Now that I think about it, my vision was somewhat blurry as well...but barely noticeable. After consuming more water, it returned to normal. As far as the patches go man, I'd start with the 7mg ones or cut the 14mg one in half. I had a g/f that smoked and she threw up on even the 7mg ones. The 14's made her puke in no time.

allright just shoot me a pm with your contact info. I'll send it your way tomorrow. If you have some spare ECA i'll gladly take it ..

Concerning the addiction i feel no problems whatsoever. This is my first day without gums alltogether and i have ZERO withdrawls sympthoms. Moreover i do not have any nicotine carvings. So i think becoming addicted to nicotine gums is rather impropable,.. Reading the the linked-info i might have had some "overdose" sympthoms.. hm.. form 1mg nicotine gums maybe this drug isn't for me at all..

sounds like those patches pack quite a punch due to nicotine buildup. I will quater my 14mg patches at first to assess my tolerance to it. Hope i do tolerate them better.

Safer? Based on what's posted below, I'll stick with Ephedra. Heck I'd prefer DNP 's constant perspiring to all those sides.

no sides for me except sweating a lot more with the patches magic.. The gums ok that is another story FOR me.. Goose is doing rather fine on the gums AFAIK. I think nicotine is safer mostly beacause of heart related issues.
Didn't notice elevated heart rate as of yet. Neither with gums nor with patches alone.

Yesterday was my first day on a full 14mg Nicotine Patch. No adverse side effects to tell off, except increased sweating and that i have to drink more than usual to keep my hydrated. Well but the fat is flying off.. So far i can say for sure that i will use nicotine in my future cutting cycles for sure!

i notice in one of the earlier posts it suggests that nicotine lowers estrogen

with this in mind could one consider nicotine during pct seeing as it also acts as an antidepressant for those that get post cycle depression

would also allow you to keep calories high without gettin too fat

    any opinions~

don't know of its anti-depressing effect. I noticed no mood changes while using the patches. With gums that is another story.

    certainly wouldn't hurt!
well for me i am already planning to use clomid, Proviron and IGF-1 as PCT for my current cycle and don't want to stay on nicotine for too long.

i started chewing copenhaagen again - have definitely lost at least 2% bodyfat in the last 2 weeks. not sure if it's the nicotine, the daily cardio, the clen , or the ripped fuel, the test, the var or the masteron
