Stair stepping

Do any of you sair step ur cycle. I read people doing 800mg-week of test,deca or anything for 10weeks.do you stay at 800mg for 10weeks or do u start lower,peak then step down. Thats how i did mine and i thought it is what everyone did it.

I keep my doses the same throughout. There's no reason to ramp up and down unless your coming completely off without using PCT. Then I ramp down.

gradually raising or lowering the dose is considered to be a little out of date. It used to be thought that if you slowly lowered the dose then it would help your body to adjust its natty test levels ect. However this thinking was flawed as even small ammounts of test will at least partially shut you down. This was back in the days when no one had really heard of PCT. Nowdays we know that tapering does not really work and there are a variety of great PCT options available. Tapering dose also makes you more prone to sides due to unstable blood levels.

My friend you obviously have not done any research. This i know is your first cycle and keep it around 400-500 mgs of test only. How old are you? bet close to 18

I was just using 800mg as a examole.im Almost19 but yes i just did my 1st cycle and i only STEPED up to about 250mg at most for a week.But i gaind 13lbs from it but in a few months im gonna do one the right way instead of listening to my local gym doc.

At that age you should not be using AS. If you cant grow without gear then your diet or training or both are going seriously wrong.

I still grow year round i just figured a little extra wouldnt hurt.im actually tring to get a script for HRT because i had blood work done and i have low test.thats why i have a little bit of natural gyno.
