    anaplon 50mg tabs

    if i was to take 50mg a day of these tabs is it best to just take a whole one in the morning or split the tablet and take half in the morning and the other half in the evening?

    some take it once

    and some splite 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at evening

    but go with the splite coz Active Life: 16hours
