    can u train bodyparts more often when cycling?

    just want your opinions on whether you can train say arms and chest 2 or 3 times a week when ur on a cycle?

    Yes and no. Dont overdo it. Some body parts you can work more often per week but some you will just end up overtraining. Taking juice will help you heal faster so thats why you CAN workout more often per week. How often depends on a few things. Listen to your body and dont forget eating and resting play a role as much as lifting more.

    The trouble with training twice a week is tendons get strained and ancillary muscles may get hit 4 times a week. If yer young you can get away with it...for awhile.
