    Spywizard's advice has you covered. Perfect advice. FYI, almost all males after puberty starts have lumps behind their nipples, not sure why, though most will lose them as they get older. Some will stay unnoticed thru adulthood -- you just may have discovered them checking for gyno and they were already there. If they were, they are always benign and harmless, but may be gyno, may not be, could be something else, that's why spywizard's advice fits -- check with your doc to have them evaluated and then take letro after you know what you're dealing with. If it's gyno you've got time to deal with it.
