Talking Finally down to 16%!!! -> 1st cycle planned!

    Simple Q guys!

Measuring b/f yesterday it looks like I am finally down to 16%! Have to mention though that 3diff scales showed me up with 3diff fat % ->14/16/17 (?!?) However I feel quite good bout my physique rite now and since I am not a Bodybuilder - meaning it's for sure great to see as much visual result as possible but it is not vital since I would be classed more of an athlete (m/a and rugby) - I reckon I should be good to go for my 1st cycle in Jan .... providing I keep the b/f levels down over Xmas *LOL*

So what's your say on that??

    Your input is most welcome!

btw - i forgot to mention that i made an awesome fat loss discovery! well let's put it that way:

    clen didn't work
clen, cardio, low carbs - didnt work
eca, cardio, low carbs, high protein - moderately successful

stress at work, stress with the missus, xtra long business travels, training after a 14hr workin day plus massive food and protein intake -> FAT GONE!!!

If you can get to a lower bf% before using gear, are you planning on bulking or cutting??
The scales most commonly used give a rough estimation as to your bf%, never really accurate though. Try using calipers, seems more accurate.

I think calipers and those scales can only give really rough estimates. The only way to get an accurate reading is to use a pool.

sounds good mate well done, You get a lot out of that cycle if you keep dedicated!!
What sort of scales you using? If they are those shop bought BF measure ones then they are VERY innacurate.

thx for the input mate! yea well these different readings come from the fact that one is the set of scales I bought, one's at my gym and one at my sports physician ... that's why I decided to go for the mid range reading in hope that it's not too much off track.

in terms of dedication - I took a dive in pay in order to reschedule some of my biz travels so I can kick start the new year with some heavy training and my 1st cycle .... better that way!
