hey guys trying to figure out the right way for my buddy to take his clen . i read the profile and been researching but still kind of fuzzy to me. hes 32 5'11" 260lbs . i read start with 20mcgs and work up to60-120 mcgs? dont meen to sound dumb what is mcgs im use to mgs.so can you guys help me out with a schedule and how many tabs in easy terms? thanks.

Just a different measurment. I think with lions clen , 1ml is 200mcg. So on the oral syringe you would start with pulling it back to .1ml, which is 20mcg, then increase till sides are tollerable.

Does it say how many mcg each tab is? It should be either 10 or 20.

Uhh, why don't you just buy some lions clen . You can get the combo with a bottle of Taurine. I'm not sure about the stuff you have.

Lion's clen is much easier to use.

If it is .02 mgs then I belive you would times by a 1000. That would give you 20mcgs. Does anybody know if this is right?

Normal dosage is <200mcg/ED with most people choosing <140mcg/ED.

Many people start at either 20or40mcg/ED and then increase by 20mcg every 3 days to allow for the initail dosing side effects to wear off (headaches etc). Many people end up at between 80mcg/ED and 140mcg/ED.
