Disgusted
I am at the gym today , looking around and im totally disgusted with my size and the way i look , i think i made a wrong decision using the cycle i did , im not seeing any gains, so i just purchased a nice lot of test suspension just now. So besides nolvadex , anything else that i should run with it?

decca, eq ,winstrol . i know your gonna laugh but im only into my second week . i cant take it though , i feel like im getting nowhere

heres what i have available to me , if someone could write my a proper cycle i would be greatly thankful..
3 bot decc 250mg/10ml
40 vial test susp 50mg/2ml
5 bot test prop 100mg/10ml
3 bot boldoject 200mg/10ml
200 tab clen 40mcg
100 tab t3 25mcg
300 tab winstrol 10mg
60 nolvadex tab 20mg

i used it once in alone and put on massive gains, i was thinking if i added some now at the begining it would help kickstart my gains

yes it is a good kickstart to a mass gaining cycle, but if that is your goal why the hell are you running deca ,eq and winny?

man, im all messed up and confused.. thats why im here to get educated.. i just figured if i hit the suspension for a couple weeks it would put a bit more size on me then run out my other gear to harden up...im sure my logic is way out of wack

you mentioned that you you've test suspension in the past, what happened with the last cycle that makes u disgusted with yourself now?
What are you planning for pct? that could make a big difference in what you keep from your cycle

that was in 96 so it was quite a while ago , i have been trianing again for 6 months after a year off. as far as pct i heard hcg /clomid nolva was the way to go , is this correct?

Yeah dude,
Where's the food!?!? You barley eating anything. You have no PWO meal, no carbs at all, that may be ok if your cutting, but I'm not sure what you are doing. But in any sense you need to eat more.

Yeah, read up on the "how to cut" thread if that is what you are looking to do. That diet has you restricting your carb intake, but you are still eating 8 times a day, lots of protien. You can't just limit to eggs, eggs lack some of the essential amino acids that you can find in beef. You need some veggies in you diet too.

Thing is , only time im really hungry is at night , thats when i gotta fight it back , i figured im busy during the day , so if im trying to get lean and not hungry , thought i was doing right for getting leaner

Ketosis??? Get some carbs for breakfast, PWO and PPWO! If your cutting thats the only time you need them, but you do need them man! Its not atkins here, Carbs are your friend, if you dont have them, guess what your body burns instead of glucose from carbs, thats right, MUSCLE!!!

agree with aove comments. The only thing that diet is good for is wasting muscle. I could eat that before midday during a cut!
Do like bigmax said and get over to the diet forum, check the cutting sticky. Then tailor it to your own bodyweight. http://members.nuvox.net/~on.jwclymer/bmi.html
will help you to work out an approx bmr and bmi. Then go to http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-ca...dict-equation/ and use the haris-benedict equation to work out how many cals you need to maintain per day, when you know that knock the ammount back by 500 cals and you can put a cutting diet together. In all honesty I would quit cycle and start PCT and save your gear for a year or so time when your diet has been excellent for a while. Otherwise you are just throwing your money away.
