Clen measurements, unsure

Hi, does anyone know exactly how to measure out the MCGs (micrograms) of clen ? I just got the spray bottle from lion but I have heard that getting an oral syringe is better to use than the spray since it is more accurate...so I went to Walgreens and all they have is MG (milligram) syringes and the pharmacist told me MCG is very small and they don't carry them...so how exactly do I measure the MCGs? Please help. I really appreciate any responses.

10 squirts = 1ml so depending on how many mcg/ml there are, you can work it out per squirt. ie if it were 40mcg/ml then 10 squirts would equal 40mcg and one squirt would equal 4mcg

Get a 1CC oral syring, or 1MG oral syring, for every .10 of a cc or mg it is 20mcgs. So if you need 100mcgs you take .5 cc/mg of clen . Dont worry about measuring out mcg's thats figured out in the mcgs to mg ratio of 20mcgs for every .10 mg you know this because lion sells clen at 200mcg/ml. Hope this helps

yup! 1 squirt=20mcgs 1 10th cc= 20mcgs

I've read a post from lion stating that one skirt = 10 mcgs.

the lion clen is 200mcg/ml 10 pumps =200mcg 1 pump =20mcg

If this clen is from Lion then 1 pump = 20mcg. Lion has great clen and it should work well for you.
