    Question about Deca 300 and sustanon 250

    Im new to the world of steroids but not to lifting weights. Im 21 6'2" 228 lbs. Ive been lifting weights for about 2 years adding serious size and strength... My question is ive been taking 500+ mgs of deca 300 and 500+ of the sustanon 250 a week..This is my 3rd week out of the 10 week cycle, and I havent seen much results...How long does it take to start seeing results from this stack..My nutrition is tip top i take in alot protein and carbs, calories...My training is 3-5 exercises per muscle with 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps: Monday-chest, Wed-arms/legs, Fri-back/shoulders...So i was wondering when should i start blowing up?

    Give it more time. Id say 4-6 weeks.

    sus should be kicking in if not already as roid said the deca should kick in at about 5-6 weeks..

    Thank you for the replies, any estimate on how much you usually gain in size with this stack...

    size differs from one to another but deca +test is one of the best bulking stacks

    Im a similar size to you (just 20 yrs older lol) I gained about 20 pounds on a similar cycle and lost 5 so gained 15 overall. I used less reps though 6-8 to failure.

    It seems to vary. I'm on a Test/ Deca cycle now. Been eating like a horse. All the right protocols, and have gained only about 8 pounds. Mine hit at week 4 this cycle
    In a perfect world you should hit the redline about week 4 or 5.
    Remember diet, hard and heavy training are 80% of it. When it hits you will know.
