i got a good cycle. it goes;
1.5g of protien per lb of body weight a day
mulitivitamin. anything more is dumb. u shouldn't even be lifting till ur done growing! it'll stunt your growth too.

I do not believe he is 15.. his word choices and correct puncuation lead me to believe that he is MUCH older. call me paranoid but I noticed a few things that would make me think he is trying for something else...
