how long will gear last after it's been used?

just wondering how long until there might be a concern for bacteria in it? i mean, each time before we suck up how much we need out of the bottle, most of us inject an equal amount of air into the bottle first to make it easier to draw by preventing a vacuum. in time, i would imagine the air in the bottle could eventually cause bacterial growth.

now, i have a bottle of deca that i only used 3/4 of last cycle, and the bottle was 20cc at 300mg/cc, so i'd really rather not waste it. however, by the time i begin using it again, it will be about 6months or so from when i first opened it and would be using it for the next couple months (or however long till i use it up). just wondering how long it would take for there to be a concern for the bacteria?

if you are really concerned about it, draw it out, and send it through a new filter into a new sterile vial..

otherwise, inject and see if you get a temp..

And greatly increase its odds to crash.

With the BA it will be fine. But like Spy said, you can always filter it into a new sterile vial. Then just let it sit a week and it will be golden. If its more than a year old, I might reconsider.

It should be in all gear, its the main thing that kills bacteria. Most run anywhere from 2-5% BA I believe.
