    From One Cycle To The Next Question

    6'2", 220lbs, BF=15%, 1st cycle in 3 years (1st one done right), 12 weeks, deca /test (420mg/week of each, then PCT, nolva, HCG , armidex; 5000-6000 calories a day, workout/training as follows: each muscle group, once a week, about 15 excersizes per workout (10-12 reps to failure almost every time)

    I will be done with my cycle in 8 weeks. When i get done with the PCT after the cycle, I want to begin cutting (not sure yet if I will use cutting AAS). How long should i continue with the calorie intake I have now? I don't want to begin cutting to soon after and loose everything that I will have worked for. If I keep my calorie intake the same for about a month and then start cutting, will that be long enough? Or can I just start cutting right after my PCT? What is the best thing to do??? How long should i wait???

    just posted somethin similiar in a different thread. eat maintenance during pct.. enough to maintain all the new growth and once the boys are back with successful pct slowly start to decrease cals..

    how slowly to you mean? and whats the other thread, maybe i can get some more help there?
