Clen - best way to take it?
What is the best way to take this? 2 days on, 2 off? 10 on 10 off?

its all up to peronal opinion bro. I go two weeks on two weeks off myself.

I have done the same 2 wks on and 2 off, for a total of 8 wks on. Make sure your diet is in check, thats half the results, make sure you keep up your exercise routine, supplement taurine, and drink plenty of water.

I'm very sensitive to clen , so I only do it for about 10 days at a time. If I do it too short, I am not able to build up the proper dosage for it to work.

take a benadryl in the morning and one before bed
take plenty of taurine and potasium and watch the fat melt

I ran it for 3 weeks bumping up to 60mcg's the first week, 80mcgs the second week and 100mcg's the 3rd week. Then on my 4th - 7th i used cytomel then went back to clen from week 7 to week 9. Stacked it with Anavar (since an increased level of thyroid hormones can be catabolic when having a restricted diet) - went from 20% bodyfat to 12% with a good diet. Consumed up to 200g's of protein every day...taurine at 3-5g's daily to avoid muscle cramps and definitely some potassium (ate 3 bananas daily). I must say, I did 50mg of benadryl on my 3rd week only before bed - was advised by a physician. Good luck with your cycle I hope this helps.

Try running it for 8 weeks (this is really up to you), being carefull to tapper up the dose at the beginning and running benadryl at 50mg ed before bed every 3rd week, to upregulate beta2 receptors.

What does the benadryl do for you? Also, how many pumps a day?

could someone just use it for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and just stop after that and lose some weight or will you gain it right back?

Dont take a benadryl in the morning and at night, the only time you need to take benadryl at all is if you run it more than 2 weeks strait, the reason you need to run it is because benadryl at 50mg upregulates beta2 receptors.
But you can buy a cheaper alternative aslong as it has diphenhydrmine in it. Perfect Beast Recomended 2mg before and 2mg after workout. However you need to take into consideration that you are a female so more than likely your weight is lower than most of the guys on here. So ammounts may be smaller. What you do need to do is read these to threads.
