    Clen - best way to take it?

    What is the best way to take this? 2 days on, 2 off? 10 on 10 off?

    its all up to peronal opinion bro. I go two weeks on two weeks off myself.

    I have done the same 2 wks on and 2 off, for a total of 8 wks on. Make sure your diet is in check, thats half the results, make sure you keep up your exercise routine, supplement taurine, and drink plenty of water.

    I'm very sensitive to clen , so I only do it for about 10 days at a time. If I do it too short, I am not able to build up the proper dosage for it to work.

    this could make you drowsy when taken in the morning and could probably ruin a workout. If going for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, here's ur best bet

    Day1: 20mcg
    Day2: 40mcg
    Day3: 60mcg
    Day4: 80mcg
    Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)

    I ran it for 3 weeks bumping up to 60mcg's the first week, 80mcgs the second week and 100mcg's the 3rd week. Then on my 4th - 7th i used cytomel then went back to clen from week 7 to week 9. Stacked it with Anavar (since an increased level of thyroid hormones can be catabolic when having a restricted diet) - went from 20% bodyfat to 12% with a good diet. Consumed up to 200g's of protein every day...taurine at 3-5g's daily to avoid muscle cramps and definitely some potassium (ate 3 bananas daily). I must say, I did 50mg of benadryl on my 3rd week only before bed - was advised by a physician. Good luck with your cycle I hope this helps.

    Try running it for 8 weeks (this is really up to you), being carefull to tapper up the dose at the beginning and running benadryl at 50mg ed before bed every 3rd week, to upregulate beta2 receptors.

    The "Clen FAQ" has great information, it should answer all your questions. Good luck with the clen it should work well for melting away the fat.

    A lot of info there about Clen . I prefer 2 wks on 2 wks off myself ant add some T3 to it. Yes i pop benadryl at some point in the day and use taurine for what liitle cramps that i get. Always taper up to your tolerance level though and throw in some cardiovascular right before using and while using for your hearts sake. Good luck

    could someone just use it for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and just stop after that and lose some weight or will you gain it right back?

    Dont take a benadryl in the morning and at night, the only time you need to take benadryl at all is if you run it more than 2 weeks strait, the reason you need to run it is because benadryl at 50mg upregulates beta2 receptors.
    But you can buy a cheaper alternative aslong as it has diphenhydrmine in it. Perfect Beast Recomended 2mg before and 2mg after workout. However you need to take into consideration that you are a female so more than likely your weight is lower than most of the guys on here. So ammounts may be smaller. What you do need to do is read these to threads.

    i did. i ran one two week cycle of clen then i took benadryl every night before bed (25 mg. in morning, about half the time. makes me sleepy) for one week. i didn't gain any of the fat back. in fact, i think i have been burning fat faster than i did before taking it. (i know it's because of the diet. diet is key)
    i've lost about 15 lbs. of weight and actually put on new muscle. alot of it. so, i'm not sure how much fat i burned, but i'm guessing alot. *i'm on week 6*
    i'm preparing for my next cycle, this time with t3 during the off time.
    i'm actually impressed with a weight-loss drug... imagine that.
