Hey guys I really messes my last cycle up, I changed jobs halfway through, my diet and training went to shit. I just bloated up, now I have lots of un wanted BF. I was hastingly going to do another cycle, but I need to shift the BF first. What is good for shifting it????

My diet is now tight, my cardio is good & I have a personal trainer who used to be MR UK & Europe. I just need to help shifting my gut & loosing my chins.
