Question on prop
Good day everyone. Just wondering what is the absolute longest time prop can stay in your system? Also, in order to keep the most gains what are the best steps? I keep seeing "Diet" as the main one, but what kind of diet? Im 5'10" 182lbs and work out hard 5 days a week? Thanks for reading this!

First diet IS important. One of these other guy can help you with that more than I. I know it's ***endent on: calories, protein (Fiber imo helps a lot), amount of carbs. Also, you can go to the diet forum for more advice.
As for running a cycle. If you're wanting to bulk, you're going to have to understand the types of compounds there are, and what they're conveniently used for.
Compounds with short esters half short half lives:
I.E- Test suspension(lasts about a day), test prop(2 to 3 days) - both injectibles, with some expected pain.
As I understand it, the shorter esters will have less side effects, and less water retention, as well you are getting more test than ester with these.
These are generally used for cutting, or gaining lean mass.
Of course, I'm not saying it's can't be done.
I'd prefer prop over a long lasting test.
