my brother had them too but his are gone, mine are still here, my nipples puff up every now and then, actually they are puffed up right now, so im wondering could this be gyno???

You need to go to an endo. and get your hormone levels checked.
Something might be out of wack.
I had pubescent gyno but had normal levels when they checked, so I was able to get surgery for it.

Yah dude, i had the same thing. Got some lumps under the nip when i was 14 or so. Im guessing you put on muscles easily and have some nice bacne to go with it. When i went to public gyms i had to be fully clothed or poeple would think i was on juice. all the zits, tits and much more gains then the average goon i went to the gym with. I only ever woar a tank top once and i got several comment and questions about what i was taking to get like that. If you live in Canada the operation is free, dunno about the states or where ever it is you live.

Endocrinologist. You need to go see this type of doctor and let them test your hormone levels. You could have high testosterone levels, which are causing your estrogen levels to be elevated. Go and get them checked and they can get your levels balanced if they are off. This should get your gyno to go away.

I had pubescent gyno. No hormones r anything, I cut down to 6% bf to see if it was fat, but nope.
at age 20 I got surgery to remove it.
It happens to a lot of men. usually its ges away but on some it gets perminent.
btw if you're looking for a way to rid yourself of it, I don't know if I'd advise Using Letro to combat the gyno.
19 y.o. + No estrogen might be bad.

Same thing happened to me. I was told by my family physician that it will most likely go away once I get older but when I was 24 and it was still present, I had surgery to get rid of it. Had a hard lump under my nipple with a little bit of fat around it. My insurance paid for it so I did it.

It's a simple process really. I went into the hospital and was given general anestesia in the OR. Surgery lasted about 90minutes and I was discharged about 3 hours after I woke up. Once you get home recovery is pretty simple...you just rest and they give you some sort of pain medication also. You go back about a week afterwards and they remove the bandage over the incision. It is best if you do as little as possible during this first week to keep scarring down...and I did. i basically just laid on the couch and slept or watched tv...mostly slept because of the pain meds but you shouldn't do much with that side of your body none the less. The swelling lasted about a month and they told me I could start lifting after that. I was told I could do some cardio afer 3 weeks.
Something that could delay you is a drain...this is determined by your surgeon and could delay your recovery a couple weeks. This is just a tube that's placed in the wound to help drain blood and other fluids out. It all ***ends on how much tissue is removed and if your surgeon feels you need one. The final decision is made during surgery on whether you need one or not.
hope this helps

It's really not that bad at all. Pain was limited to the first couple days for me. After the 3rd day I was pretty much pain free and stopped taking my pain meds all together. Of course this varies from person to person, I was lucky and had no complications, no real excessive tissue removal or a drain placed so my recovery was fairly fast. My scar is barely visable and people don't notice it unless I tell them it's there. But like I said, it's important not to move that side of your body much during the first week after surgery.
hope all goes well

If you didn't get the surgery?? Well You would be very prone to developing even worst gyno using AAS that aromatize or stimulate breast tissue like Anadrol . It's best if you get it taken care of now rather then later when it gets larger. But it's very hard to deal with if you already have gyno naturally and you start AAS.

From the pics i cant see any gyno well perhaps a tiny bit under the right nipple but to be honest that is nothing any one will notice.

I can't see much gyno either, but it's always more noticable to the person it effects. If your surgeon feels the need for surgery I wouldn't expect it to be too complicated. You wouldn't need much tissue removed.

I had blood work done and i got low test, im suppose to be on HRT for life, i never got on HRT because once ur on u have a very slim chance of having kids. Go to ur endo and they will tell u whats up, hopefully u can get it cut4free
