    Pay for Info?

    I'm a newbe here this is my first post. I want to know if any of these websites out there really are worth paying for. I am 23 years old and would like to get in shape over the winter. I have though about suppliments, and have been tring to get as much info as possible. If anyone can help me out let me know.
