quik injection question
Is shooting glutes five times a week too much?
I rotate so... 2-3 times a week per glute.

you should rotate injection sites..try your delts or quads, theyre both very easy

Once a week in each glute and delt should be fine.

clean injections, not huge volumes, very careful locations and you should be fine... however i would rotate at least 4 spots for high frequency... l/r glutes and l/r quads. 2x a week in one location keeps the lumps away. I also try to never stick a pin directly where the last one was. maybe and inch away... but not too far away cause then youll be out of the prefered area/muscle.

i been shooting my glutes 3 times a week, and i have built up some decent scar tissue on the right glute, for example i stuck the pin in like a cm the other day got a real shapr pain pulled out and poured blood...can attribute that to scar tissue, it sucks

I personally cant do glutes, can't reach the left one so I don't do them at all. I just rotate delts and quads. I always run prop so I end up with though delts near the end of the cycle. I have trick for my quads that I told to mike dura which seemed to work. first sit on the end of the tub, or a low chair, or a coffe table or something; then cross the leg to be poked over the other one; shoot in the top outside quadrant of the quad. identify the area in the mirror first to be sure. it'll be the upper part to the outside of the body.
now when u cross the leg over the other, u have a big meaty mass and the muscle is buldged. when u shoot it, the muscle facia (this is only a guess, but I think it makes sense and works) sorta bulges like the skin of a stretched balloon so the wholeu make with the pin gets smaller when u pull it out.
ever since I started doing that, I haven't gotten those sore lumps in my quads and they've beld less.
wow this is a long spot
