I injected bad gear from sachets once (well known too) and i got a nasty infection which was cellulitis and i mean i couldn't walk because the pain was unbearable... went to the doctor and he gave me bactrim D which cleared it up in less than a week and i felt great after that

The correct answer is, when you are having symptoms go to a doctor.

If it were me though I would try to treat it with keflex of my own before heading in.

You can get Keflex from vet supply under the name fish flex for anybody interested.

I would say that if you do get a infection you go to a doc and let him tell you. There are different types of injection and they can't all be cured with zithromax or biaxin simply because they are strong.
