Pre or Post Workout?
When is a better time to inject, pre workout or post workout or whenever?

When you inject wont make a difference really, unless its test suspension. Everything else hits you too slowly to make a difference. Just make sure that you dont inject into a muscle that you plan on exercising that day, it might get stiff and painful and you can avoid that if you want.

it could effect squats but wtf,the day after is likely to be worse,it doeant make a diff to me what time i inject relative to working out

When I do a larger volume inj or if I'm using something with prop in it, I usually do it in the morning so it has time to work it's way in the muscle during the day walking around. I hit 1ml of sust 250 and 1ml Deca300 once right before I went to bed and it formed painful knot...I also didn't rub it in very well. lesson learned though.
Just something to think about

The question to inject before or after a workout makes a difference for me. I find it easier on my muscles to inject before a workout, even glute shot for legs or delt shot for pecs and delts. Seems to work in better during the workout. On the other hand the few times I tried it the other way around with the shot after a workout to that muscle, I had pain for up to 3 days.
