Someone please tell me what they use to control themselves on T3...
Its almost as bad as when I was on DNP , all I want to do is eat and eat and eat and get so hungry that I think i could go insane if I don't get something. So far all its letting me do is eat a whole bunch of crap without gaining any fat but I'm trying to lose it. What do you guys use to control the appetite/hunger while your on T3?

I get these fudgesicles that have no added sugar and are only 40 cals a bar they are sweet enough to help with carb-cravings and they tide me over between meals, t3 does that to me as well and I find this to be the most sensible answer.
