    My stack please give advice

    I am planning on doing a stack of Testosterone Propionate 500mg every other day / and anavar .

    A few questions,

    1. How much anavar should i take and when

    2. Whats gains should i expeect from this stack

    3. And what should i add to this stack to combat gyno and estrogen levels

    4. Is 500mg of test prop every other day good enough,

    stats? yearslifting? first cycle? diet? way too much test for first. in 14 days that is 3,500mg. overkill.

    i think he meant 500 a week and divide to 7 days eod

    no one can answer the gains question... that is just impossible. depends on your eating habits, training intensity, ability to rest well enough. your experience with aas, etc.

    Im 220 been lifting for about 3 years now 6 days a week. my body fat is ok and im 23. So again is Test Propionate and anavar a good stack and how much of each should i take.

    75-100 mg prop ed depends on your cycly experience...dont have much knowledge on anavar it hasnt really interested me yet...use the search button and drug profiles forum for help withthe anavar

    anavar is a nice addition to any cycle. lean muscle gains... albiet not a lot but def something you will hold onto.

    most can get away with 25mgs to 30mgs ed evenly divided throughout your day and night... keep the levels peaked all day.

    no idea what you bf% is?

    that tells me you are probably holding more fat than you care to right now.

    before you start this cycle...

    do 3 days (eod) of moderate to intense cardio on an empty stomach in the am - restrict your calories by 30% right now and eat clean. the other 3 days (eod) do some weight training consisting of rest pause techniques using moderate weights to hit the 12-15 rep range.

    get your bf% down to at least 12%.... anything above that will only make you look like a slob or one of those guys in the gym with decent arms but the belly and pecs are just fat... lol

    do this routine for 4 - 6 weeks then hit your cycle of test prop and anavar... you will love the results.
