The younger be shut down for less time ???

if some one say for e.g. was 21 years old and did a cycle, they get shut down
next
Some one at an older age doing same cycle, they get shut down.

would the person that is younger more likely recover faster? opposed to some one that was older for e.g. 40 years old?

No depends on the cycle and depends on the person. Aas effects everyone differently.

i dont think you are going to get anyone to say that, yes, it is better to cycle as a 21 year old. Regardless of recovery time, i think a man should be 24 at least and has been stopped growing for a year before they start an anabolic regimen
