    Bro - Clen time

    Hey all, What is going down?

    Anyways, I did some looking and getting abit of info. So I am thinking I should pick up some Clen , Now what would work best, Tabs or Injection? Cause the injection part may be hard for me to do.

    Well anyways, I am a soon to be 27 yr old, I am 5'9, and have a good 180LBS Packed on.

    I am think 80-100 mcg a day?

    Well there is actually an injectible version of clen ....called Helios but it also has yohimbine in it.

    JUST DON'T INJECT ORAL CLEN!!!

    most clen you will find in liquid form is NOT for injection, ORAL only. never heard of that helios, but oral clen is easy and cheap to obtain. I d start with 80mcg a day for a week and see how it goes for you. I have taken up to around 200 mcg a day fine. Make sure tto follow the guidlines on taking benadryl every third week or so.
