    Whats up guys

    I'm 34 y/o 5'10" 235 Fire Fighter Trying to drop down yo 225 than 205. I lift and train boxing 3 days a week and MMA 2 days a week. My goal is to drop weight before next Summer so I can schedual me 1st fight in the fall. My diets pretty good. Right now I take 1.5 units of HGH 2X day. I was hopng someone could give me some advice on a cycle that I can easily take that will aid me dropping weight, get stronger and more importantly help my stamina. I appreciate any and all advice given. Any advice for an aspiring MMA fighter?

    Steroids assist in gaining weight not dropping it.

    Consume slightly few calories than you burn; add some moderate to fast weight-bearing (on your feet) cardio; drink a meal; and be consistent.

    steroids will ruin your stamina. I fight too and test/ decca made me very tired all the time and i had a lot less energy to fight. I had to take time off from my (fighting) gym when i ran tren cause my cardio went from really good to what a 350lb guy would have.

    Diet will help yuou achieve your goals. Cutting steroids dont help or make you lose weight, they just help maintain muscle. They are called "cutting" because they are commonly used in cutting (which means the kind of diet you are on) cycles because they dont aromatise to estrogen , thereofre making you fat and retain water.

    bro, with your activity level dropping wight should be a cunch!! just keep your protein where it needs t be and ut out the excess carbs, choose only low GI carbs for the ones you do eat, and limit fat to EFA's and such. you'll drop weight in no tie as long as your calorie intake is lower than your maintenance cal's.. just try not to lose too much muscle in the process.

    I train GJJ and work out in the gym and could EASILY lose 10 lbs if I tried just by changing my diet.. your level of activity should make losing weight simple but gaining a whole other matter...

    Thanks guys, I dropped 20 in 3 months but now seem to be leveling out. just wanna drop in lbs but get more muscle. An oxymoron I know LOL
