Im going to try a different approach to this question... What would make your body feel very dry.. or say your arms die after maybe 5 reps.. Before I started this cycle I was having issues.. When I was doing chest or whatever but chest I was doing the first set ok.. but after getting heavy and getting past 4 or 5 reps my arms were just basically giving out.. and burning.. like real tight or dry feeling.. I drink plenty of water, low salt intake, and I dont drink caffeine or pops etc.. any ideas?? Maybe some Glutamine help?
