Anyone feel antsy while on a cycle
Man I feel antsy and jittey all the time I can barley sit still. I sit in a office at work and Im up walking around the buliding every 15 minutes it sucks I just want to be able to relax is there anything I can take to calm my nerves. I can get my hands on valume but I really dont like the shit.

I running Test E at 500mg a week and deca at 300mg and im not taking any stimulants

your metabolism is vamped up from using in the first place. spare it for the gym

Thats what ive been doing but shit through out the day I would like to be calm not all amped up I guess ill just have to take valume or zanax but I hate that shit

more drugs are not the answer. do you/ have you had anxiety?

I wouldn't call it anxiety if just feel antsy my nerves are jacked up it a pain in the ass while im at work cause I have to sit in a office and I can barley sit still I guess mabey I should start doing morning cardio instead of after a workout

Try the hollistic approach, it worked for me, there easy on the system w/less side effects.

-Siberian Ginseng:Balances dopamine production
