    My Dad is 67 and wants to try aas advice please.

    my dad is 67yrs young he has a seriuos back problem(L-4and5) he had back surgery about 6 months ago(lumbar decompression) he just wants to get stronger not heavier I was looking at anavar for him. he is very interested(to my suprise) to try aas .he works out until he cant take the back pain anymore. we were thinking stronger muscles will would help hold him together better and stop some of the pain. any suggestions? thanks

    after surgery, it may be best just to workout naturally...getting too strong too quick can hurt your connective tissues and cause worse problems...might wanna check w/ the doctor though and mention it to him and get his opinion

    IGF LR3... read about it in the profiles section. when administered to elderly lab rats they were more active and stronge than the younger lab rats who were not administered it. and i have read that it helps injurys. post a thread in the HGH, IGF forum asking for advice. or PM gear, im sure he could give you good advice. good luck
