Nipples look perfect when cold... not Gyno??

    Hey guys,
I was asking a couple times ago that I couldn't tell if I had gyno, or if I had water, or if I had estrogen fat deposits, or if it was just regular fat etc... but for some reason my nipples look puffy/ tit-ish (hahaha).

One interesting thing to note, however, is that when I'm cold/ they get harder they look PERFECT. Like nothing is wrong at all, no puffiness, no distention, nothing.
I'm curious, does this give me any information on determining whether it is gyno or not? To me, I can't imagine a hard lump of gyno just disappearing when my nipples get cold.

    MORE info---
I went to a doctor, sort of "playing dumb" about the whole thing. I said that my nipples really hurt (they don't, but if I had gyno I would want it covered by health insurance), that there was a lump (again, not necessarily, just wanted to give him more info) and that it has been this way for as long as I can remember since like 14. He felt my chest, and examined and in the end he came up with. "I don't feel any mass you should be concerned about", and that "keep eating right, and excercising" and "one day you'll notice its not there anymore".
What the hell does that mean?! Is he saying that its just fat, and by eating well it will go away? Is he saying that its probably still just pubertal gyno (I'm 22)?

    Thanks guys!

Dude I was going through the same thing and you wanna know what got rid of it... Crossfit.

    www.crossfit.com

Its a really awesome program that slams you from every angle. It consists of a half an hour or less.. you try for best time and blah blah I am not going to keep going on about it but seriously check it out and decide if you should give it a try. I had a good solid B cup when I started doing it now I have close to a perfect chest. (approx. a year) It just takes time and a lot of hard work and appropriate diet. All stuff I am sure you have heard a million times. Like I said it may not work for you but hey its worth the try and you will be in that better of shape ya know?? Just a suggestion boss...

i had the same thing your talking about, got blood test and everything was normal so i had to have surgery to get it taken care of, cost about 3500 to get done, so im not sure if theres another way cuz i was at about 7% and they still didnt go away. The doctor said it was gyno so it wasn't covered by insurence.

I have, but this problem existed long before steroids . It has never been sore or anything. I've was a chubby kid, lost weight around 15, but this alwasy stayed the same. Not sure if I needed to lose more weight, or how long it had been like that if it was gyno.

If there is indeed a lump then you're describing gyno...THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY LUMPS.
However, fat even a little can be mistaken for gyno, what is your weight and bf?

CROSSFIT !!!! I'm tellin' ya ... beat the hell out of yourself... You won't know you have gyno unless there is an obvious lump or if you get below 10% BF and you still got boobies...
