anxiety blackout??

i recently purchased some b12 (cyanocobalamin) and did my first injection in my deltoid. i followed all the guidelines for injecting to the letter but after i finished i noticed that i felt kinda lightheaded and my legs got kinda wobbly. next thing i knew i was on the floor, apparently id fallen and blacked out for about 5 minutes. i continued with the injections, 1000mcg ed, and had no problem till i injected in my pecs which by this time was about my 5th injection and afterwards in felt kinda faint but no problem really, just wondering if its anxiety or something else, btw im not hitting a vein cause im aspirating

You probably were really stressed out before do the shot??? If so explanation is easy, relax next time, think how easy injecting is, stuff like that and you'll be fine. Probably anxiety, because it was a first shot.
