the smaller the gauge, the more bendable the pin will be. I'd say take caution. I like to use 25 gauges, but I bury the mofo when I push it in and I have never had any problems. I've even attempted to bend it myself until it snaps, and it takes a really rediculously hard bend for that to happen, so I doubt it would ever occur during an injection. Any gauge thinner than a 25 I would say be careful (stuff like insulin pins, etc.).

I've tried to break them just to see, it's harder than you might think.

I have always wondered if the shitty brands may be weak towards the plastic base and they could break from there. I think it would be pretty damned hard to actually snap one as far as the metal is concerned.

Right for jabbing my ass with a 23ga (or what Ga do you suggest for Test Cyp from a vial??) what length needle do you suggest??

    1", 1,1/4" or 1,1/2"
Maybe the 1,1/2" and leave a little bit of space just in case it breaks away from plastic???

I found they tend to bend. In order to break one the shock must be extreemly great! Yikes!
