I did chest, cause my joints felt good. However, my shoulders can BARELY keep up with my upper body muscular strength. I have to go day to day to make sure they dont get injured. I just started a joint health liquid formula, which is working great and speeding joint recovery... so i can train the muscle sooner. Dammit, thing about cycling... muscles grow at a a much faster rate than the joints and the nervous system!

Standing calf raises are an Atlantis machine at my gym. Simply a shoulder pad attached to a stack of weight. pretty much straight and basic. Any machine with any name is likely similar.

Yes, this is a very good value for a new lifter. It will give you years of experience and wisdom for a very low cost. NO I AM NOT ADVERTISING lol. I just think its great, even for me. The training program is very good, LOTS of information. Best 77$ ive spent on my body so far.. damn.. i spend more on tanning in a few months lol!

Chest day is still the same as last. I decided to keep the 450mg e4d of test cause my joints are responding to the joint formula. All excersises are done in 2 sets to failure before 8 reps. No more than 7.

    Bench 235 barbell
    Wide dips me+75
    incline bench 90's dumbell
    skull crushers 90lbs
dumbell military - 60's (climbing fast)
    side laterals 30's (climbing fast)

Im doing back tomoro, will update then
