    Winter Cycle!!!!!!! Got to love to bulk!

    Stats: 6'3 240 at 15% BF
    18 inch arms, 47 inch chest

    Here it is:

    Forgot this: 200mg of DNP with adipokentic for 10 days, 20 days prior to cycle. This will get rid of some fat and give me a anabolic rebound from the dnp!

    week 1 to 5: 25mg of D-Bol ED
    week 1 to 10: 600mg of Cyp a week
    week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ a week
    week 5 to 12: Winny: 75mg ed first 4, 50mg ed last 4
    week 1 to 15: .5mg of arimidex EOD
    week 13 to 15: Clomid/Arimidex therapy
    week 16 to 21: 40mg ED of Anavar with 15 grams of creatine and glutamine

    750mg of ALA will be in the ED throughout. Lots of water, 350 grams of protien, 3500-4000 cals

    Looking for 15-20lbs while trying to keep BF the same.

    Should start mid December...Cant wait!!

    Just curious, are you using the anavar to bridge into another cycle?

    Yes. but since its so long away, I'm not sure what I'll be doing

    It probably will be Prop/fina/winny/t3 to try to cut up a little

    Yeah looks quite good Lawn,

    I'm on almost the same cycle now, but I'm going to bridge with primo though, and I'm not doing the winny.


    I'd say up the 'bol to 40mg/day though. I haven't found 40/day to be hard on the system at all- just kick ass for gains
    And maybe take a 2 week break from the 17 AA's and start the winny on week 7.

    The only other thing I can add, is with a long cycle like this- consider taking the odd 3 or 4 day break. Realx- don't do any exercise and eat like a pig- forget the clean eating shit.
    Taking 4 days off worked wonders for my the sore joints and jump started the gains again.

    thanks for the advice. I workout EOD, doing 2 body parts per day.

    I have nagging shoulders and have to pace myself. I break out from D-bol so thats the reason the low dose. Also I take all 25mg 1 1/2hrs before training for crazzzy pumps. I dont like taking d-bol every 4hrs. I love to sleep.

    hell yea bro, kick ass cycle! definate good results with this. maybe try doing only one body part per day, makes it easier on the joints and youll grow like crazy! i've done it that way for years during bulking.




    oh yea, i count bis / tris as one bodypart.

    I do a push/pull training sets, so Its not to bad.
