Help! Will Tamox work for me?

Hey everyone...I'm having trouble with gyno three weeks into my current cycle and I'm wondering what the best solution would be. I'm 5'10 200 lbs. and 10% body fat. I was planning on a cycle that looks like this:

Weeks 1-6
Test Prop 100mg EOD
Tren Ace 75mg EOD
Liquidex .35mg EOD

Weeks 7-9
Test Prop 100mg EOD
Winstrol 50mg ED
arimidex

Wait 1 one week then pct with 7000 iu's HCG , Clomid, and nolva.

The problem is that I broke the container of arimidex 1 week into my cycle and the tamox wasn't availble to me until today. In the mean time, I have developed small bumps under my nipples. At first they were sore to the touch. Now they are not as sensitive but still noticeable and embarrassing.

If i start an increased dosage (say 40mg ED?) of the tamox now will that fix the problem? Or do i need something else?

There are some clinically approved therapies, but bb'ers tend to only run them for a month or so instead of through resolution which could be 3mths to a year. Don't make that mistake.
