    hands hurt!

Been having pain and swelling in both hands. i have noticed that they fall asleep alot at night and sometimes during the day. I noticed today when i was benching it hurt really bad in that fleshy area in my palm. my whole hand hurts when i make a fist also. Could this be a side effect of aas?

It would help if you told us what you are taking and how much and how long for? The more information you provide the more we'll be able to help.
    Peace,

the falling asleep part is somewhat common. I dont have an educated explanation, but it happens to me all the time. It almost feels like the muscle is cutting off circulation. I know natural lifters who experience it as well, so it may not be from aas, but from the rate at which you are growing.

If you are having pain in your hand, it's probably from just lifting or the way you are gripping the bar. There are a million different aches and pains you have to deal with when you train. Not to say you should ignore every pain, but don't let it discourage you. Work through it.

Thanks for the answers. I am in week 7 of 150 mgs of prop eod. No hgh. I am aware that this is a common side of hgh. I am working thru the pain but when it feels like a nerve pinched in your hand and feels like you are going to drop the weight this is a problem. Thanks again
