cutting is more a product of diet and training than chemicals, they are just the topper.

Very true. You won't SEE anything unless you are hardcore on your diet and cardio, bro. After three weeks, though, I would be feeling a little strength gains from the winny.

diet is key and sadly most arent dedicated enough to see the results they want
