anyway, you want help, here are not one, but two diets that are very good for cutting, i'm using the first one right now, use these as models and you'll be halfway to losing all the fat you want, the other half of course would be cardio but these will help

I don't eat Mayo or Tuna. Eggs give me the runs. I couldn't follow that diet. I work better at reaching numbers, rather than following meal guides. I'll try to get 350g of protein and severely lower the carbs. Can you make suggestions with regard to my initial question.

try this for cardio, i do it alot and actually enjoy it
get on a treadmill and set it between 3.0 and 4.0 mph, go up in mph till it's hard to walk and then back it down .1mph so your at a brisk pace
now set the incline high till you have trouble walking without holding on, then back it down 1 notch, try not to hold on, if you have to then bend your arms and lean into the machine(not on it just lean towards it) so your legs are doing the majority of the work, do that for 30 minutes and gradually increase to 45-60 minutes
use music, watch tv or my personal favorite, get a book and read it to keep your mind off the time and i always put a towel over the timer and don't watch it or the calorie counter, eventually if you don't concentrate on the time you'll start to drift off and time will fly by, cardio done, easy, now go start burning off them pounds!!!!!

well i hate cardio as well... i replace it with ALOT of wrestling, grappling, boxing, etc etc... its way more fun... besides who wants to run for an hour when u can roll for 20 mins and get more out of it and the best way to speed up metabolism is eat 6 small meals through out the day, start RIGHT when u wake up... cuz when u sleep ur body is starving and ur metabolism slows down to compinsate... so if ur intake of food is constant... body never starves... and doesnt need to store food as fat to burn later... u have to be consistant with it tho... this is what i do before fights to cut weight... u can loose prob 20 lbs in 2 weeks if u start hitting a heavy bag and eating right... yea its mostly water weight but it shows.. and stay away from salt :-X u can get a sauna suit and jump rope in a sauna, thats always fun lol

My initial question being how to stack clenbuterol ....Once again, I'm not doing cardio. I feel guilty that you guys have typed that all down, but let me repeat: I'm not doing cardio so do not suggest cardio routines.
Ottomaddox, do you have experience with clenbuterol?

Stop focussing on the negatives, You ought to be kissing Phate186's harry bean bag for putting together that diet for you. You've got to help us help you and start with a more positive attitude, and then things will begin to happen for you. Instead of saying what you can't eat, just replace with something you can eat. I can see why everyone is bailing out of this thread.

i could, but your not ready for anything yet, go get some hydroxycut hardcore, if you don't have the dedication to change your diet at the very least, you don't need to mess with clen , it can mess you up if you don't respect it, like all AS can if you abuse them, so no, no one on here will help you hurt yourself
btw, whats up with all these excuses, so you don't eat mayo and tuna, eat chicken instead, or turkey or lean beek or salmon or the million other things that are low in fat and high in protein
what you said about going to numbers is bullshvt and you know it, how are you going to keep track, i guarantee you aren't going to take the time to write it down and keeping it in your head is impossible, if you try that you WILL FORGET OR LOSE TRACK AND CHEAT MORE

what makes you think that because you ask a question we HAVE to answer it, why do you think we ask for stats, we are trying to figure out if the person is ready for what they want to take, we're not doing this to be dicks, we're doing it to prevent people from hurting themselves, i could tell you all you needed to know about clen if i wanted, but i don't want you hurting yourself or worse because of my advice and the others on this board feel the same

Yes, with a form asthma that has me wheezing and coughing up mucus if I lightly jog for 30 seconds, running for 45 mins sounds like a wise idea...

look dude, why come to this board and ask for help when you ignore what everyone has to say. You yourself said your diet is bad and you wont do cardio. So either accept being overweight or step up and do what you HAVE to do to lose the weight. Nothing you take will help especially with your goals.

look, u got to 250 lbs by not doing anything about ur weight... so ur probably not in any kind of shape to be useing ... just gonna mess u up man. thats like a 6`4 160 lb nerd whos never lifted a weight in his life, smokes cigarettes, and eats packets of butter from mcdonalds.. doing a 12 week dbol cycle... do u really think thats not gonna mess him up royaly :-X
