    i would start off with about 40-50mcgs and work your way up to no higher than 80mcgs/day.

    is 80mcg enough for maximum fat burning effects but also low enought to not chew away too much muscle.

    i looking for the optimum cruising range for maximum fat burning with minimal muscle loss

    Still not 100% certain on T3 dosage. Should i run it higher, pyramid up and then down. I am looking for the optimal fat burning/muscle sparing dose.

    Also, as for Tren , should i run up till say 1 week before the show and then stop or will that be too long??

    i'm not the best to answer, but i'd say if you can deal with the sides, running tren for 11 weeks isn't that bad

    thanks, anyone else agree with Tren ace @ 100mg ED fr more than 11 weeks or too long.

    bump for answer on t3 dosage too. Magic where you at? You seem to know your shit about t3.

    i think tren acetate can be run for 12 weeks if you have a comp, i really dont see why it cant be run for that long even during the contest it can be run it hardens you up and there is no water retention so why not?? iv heard of test E droped 2 weeks out but not tren

    I think the way you have it down is ok as far as the tren . It will affect your cardio, so you will def want to drop it as you approach your contest so it does not interfere with your cardio. Mast & winny - I would probably drop the mast when you maqke the switch, unless you know you can handle the DHT sides (hows the hair? Get some Nizoral shampoo). On the T3, I think it best to ramp up and down, propbably up to about 75-80 mcg.day would be good. On the clen , no need to ramp down and OK to run straight through using benadryl @ 50 mg/day every third week to keep receptors upregulated. You could go up to more like 120-150 mcg if you like. That would be a good fat burning synergy with the T3. Got some HGH?!! You're gona be a pin cushion, but this is a good cycle. 10 g Glutamine a day a must as well as plenty of BCAAs as noted. Taurine will help with the clen/T3 as they will deplete it and cause cramping. About 2g day. Good luck with you contest bro!! Keep us posted on your progress and then your contest as well.
