Cycle Document!!! Help Me Help You

I am working on a project, which entails me creating cycles in Excel Format, which allows me to write them out day-by-day, and calculate all types of things inside the document.

The below document is a Test Only Cycle, in Microsoft Word Format, which can easily be converted to Excel with a couple click(just highlight all of it, copy and paste it into the A1 square of an excel document, then adjust the columns so you can see all the info)

ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW I CAN MAKE THESE EASIER TO FOLLOW, OR ANY COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS/CRITICISMS ON HOW I CAN MAKE THEM BETTER ARE WELCOME
