So you just won't grow as much muscle with 250g's of protein as you would with 350g's? Is it really a big difference?

just depends on your body tren does improve feed efficency so 250 may be fine I would just look at a bulkin diet and go of of that just to make sure you are hittin everything right

Whats the difference between a bulk diet and cutting diet? What you listed earlier for your diet, what would that diet be for?

im tryin for bulkin im just regulating carbs alittle more so its border bulking/ lean mass... cuttin means you youre takin in less calorie than you burn but you keep protein high so you dont lose muscle mass.

umm slow digestin protein i use cytogainer (shake) because it has casien protein in it and your body does it most repairing at night... cottage cheese or just natural PB are good

i do... just dont make to high in carbs because your body really doesnt need em but im oof to bed im sure ill talk to ya later haha in the many threads you start
