    first time winstrol

    this is going to be my first time using steriods and was wondering if any one has used winstrol alone and what the results where. Im looking to tighten up and get a little stronger. EDITED-READ THE RULES. i read a lot of stuff online and got mixed information so was hoping you guys could help me out

    IMO, if you're looking for any real results, you should go for injectables. Unless you're not real serious about it and just wanna try something for the hell of it.

    please list these things so we can make a custom cycle for you:
    height
    weight
    bf%
    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge

    i am serious about i am very active i play hockey i work out 4x a week carbdo 5x a week which include sprints and playing hockey
    im about 5'11 200 pounds bf % 15
    my diet includes
    Morning-a bagel with light plain cream chesse with a yougurt
    snack- will try to eat some fruit but not al the time if not i will eat nothing untillunch
    Lunch- a tuna sandwhich with about 1 tablesoon of mayo on whole wheat bread
    snack- veggies and dip low fat dip tho
    dinner- piece of steak or chicken with green veggies and a sweet potato
    and if i snakc at night it will be a bowl of ceral before 9 at night
    and i drink like 5 bottles of water a day

    Alright, I would first start working on your diet. Lets try and get your BF down to around 12% (that one is for you one8nine ). You want you BF to be as low as you can get (and still be healthy) before you start anything. Winstrol is a muscle hardener basically, so what that means is that even if you take it, you muscles will harden but if you got a good bit of fat covering them, then it is pointless. I play hockey too, I can't think of any good reason to run a Winny only cycle.

    But like I said, work on your diet first, check out the Diet section and let the members critique it to meet your goals first.

    bf is a little high to cycle, make it 12% first with a good diet (thanks g4r)

    google glycemic index. pick carbs that are less than 55. fruit is a no no. this diet needs too much attention to go into here. read the stickies in the diet section. what is your goal w/ this cycle? what is your age?

    not to shit on you. but nothing you take will make up for that crappy diet.... no drug will magically fix the short comings of this "diet".

    everything about it is wrong....cereal at 9 at night ?

    bagels with cream chese?

    i think you'd see FAR FAR FAR better results by taking the advice of guys in the diet section, then you ever would from ANY drug you put in your body with what you are currently eating.
