lookin for info!
so i have 2 10ml vials of test cyp 200, 1 10 ml vial of test e 300, 1 10 ml vial of deca 300. nolva and clomid and hcg for pct (as needed)
looking to run a 15 week cycle.
any recomendations on dosages, and also i was wondering if it made a difference to shoot the test monday and thursday or monday and friday?
and when to shoot the deca?

i took a cycle of m1t 2 years ago, short cycle of just dbol about 3 years ago...

shoot the test 2x a week however you want- 200mg-300mg each shot
test e and test c are the same so you can mix them however you want
shoot the deca 2x a week, 1/2 ml each shot
stop the deca at least 3 weeks, or more, before pct
stop the test exactly 2 weeks before pct
you need letro on cycle
that pct needs proviron or arimidex

So if i was you id treat this as your first real cycle. Id keep the cycle at 12 weeks test 500mgs. , as for deca you dont have that much id run it at 300mgs for 10 weeks( you probably will only get 9 weeks out of it) , yes it does make a difference whether its thursday or fridays you shoot (not much of a difference) but to keep your blood levels more stable shoot on thursday.

would it make sense to shoot 1cc of test and half a cc of deca (in the same syringe) monday and thursday? or 1 cc of test monday, 1 cc of deca weds, 1 cc of test friday?

actually my bf was measured at 6.4%, but i dont believe that myself so i say 8%
i do know a good deal about dieting and what not as i weighed 240 just 6 months ago...but now its time to bulk up!

just to be 100% clear 1ml of test and 1/2 ml of deca per stab. one on monday and one on thursday.
1.5 cc's wouldnt be too much?
and i know why the test is devided into 2 shots, but why is the deca divided into two shots per week?

i usually eat 2-4 eggs, bowl of kashi cereal, and a fruit for breakfast.
protein shake after work out.
chicken breast, lean beef patties, or fish with a hefty serving of veggies for lunch.
then a some kind of sandwhich on light wheat toast for dinner followed by a protein shake

one more question 189, does it matter if i draw the test, and the deca with the same pin?
bc i always change it b4 going in my skin, but i wondered if it mattered while drawing out of the vial?

i guess ive been running away from carbs bc i just dropped more than 60 lbs in 3 months...scared of gaining the wrong weight again.

heres the thing, carbs aren't your enemy as long as you use them correctly, especially post workout they can help by drawing protein into the muscle, remember this, the only time carbs will go to fat is when your glycogen stores are full, so post workout there is no way they will go to fat unless you take wayyyy to many
your best carbs are sweet potatos, oatmeal, and barley. next is whole wheat stuff and last is brown rice so try to use sweet potatos as much as possible, they are amazing
