Has anyone else developed melasma while on t3. If so does it go away after a period of time?

Well I noticed it shortly after I started t3 and the more I tanned the more spots I would start to notice. I've never had this problem before. Another reason for suspecting the t3 is that one cause of melasma is Hyperthyroidism, which is the reason for taking t3 to begin with. Anyone else have any issues with melasma and t3?

T3 is for HYPOthyroidism. Taking T3 puts you in a state similar to HYPERthyroidism. The melasma may be coincidental with the T3 usage. Tanning will always make it worse. One way to deal with it is to use a product with hydroquinone, but you have to avoid sun at all costs. Consider using the hydroquinone, using a substantial sunblock on your face, and consider tanning lotion or spray on.
