hi wanting some help for a cycle please
hi ive been training for about a year now and not really happy with the gains wanting to try out a cycle but dont exactly now where to start whats good and whats bad dont want a to weak of a cycle would like quite a strong cycle so the gains are nice and doesnt lose the gain quickly after the cycle if any one would be able to give me some directions would be very helpfull thank you

a whole year of training? there are a lot of natural gains you should be making. post diet and workout in appropriate forums or here and let us critique

train at least 5 times a week
breakfast... albran cereal
lunch...... chicken beans baked potatoe with some sweetcorn
dinner.... chicken lettuce tuna and rice
after training i finish with a dorian yates lean gain shake
fair enuf people wont tell me to juice but im just after some advice so i can set of in the right steps and not go for the wrong thing ive been looking at deca but im not sure thanx

We need your STATS to advise you properly. What's good advice for one person could be detrimental to another. Deca only is not recommended no matter who you are, and certainly not for a first cycle. Your diet needs some work, but we'll get to that...

Your stats are not really important at this stage, with only 12 months worth of training under your belt your in no position to start any kind of anabolic support. You havent built a solid enough base yet for tissue to grow and maintain. If your having problems with building muscle tissue i would look at your diet because what you posted its clear were the area of concern is..best of luck

no aas for you... you have alot of natural potential gains to make...revamp your diet and training...at least for a few more years....you will thank yourself

Deca only is a terrible cycle. You will get the infamous deca dick.

thanx for the help gonna go with a new diet and see how that goes gonna try 5 medium meals a day instead of 3

heres some research on a good cycle for a LONG TIME from now once you learn how to eat and have real training history. a deca only cycle sucks its clear you did zero research
