    Tested positive?!?

alright i did a cycle of test enanthate 250 twice a week for 12 weeks.....That was three years ago. So i got a steroid test done a week ago. Got the results today......well...... Anabolic steroid confirmation by GC/MS positive for elevated T/E ratio.....what the hell does that mean????
    it also has written
Testosterone /Epitestoster H 7.1 [0-6] (uv) AN ELEVATED T/E RATIO MAY OFTEN BE CAUSED BY EXOGENOUS DOPING.
    PH H 8.3 [5.0-8.0] (uv)
    Specific Gravitiy 1.012 (uv)
    Urine Creatinine 293.5 mg/dL (uv)

then it says the following anabolic steroids and/or metabolites are included in a steroid screen ...... then lists all the names of steroids

Bottomline is i havent stuck a needle in my a$$ or any part of my body in three years.... I was taking a supplement called MassTabs right before i got this test done. I dont even know what this result is saying?? but i feel like i just lit 300$ on fire and watched it burn....can anyone shed some light on this for me or atleast tell me what this is saying ?

So a supplement sold OTC is gonna make me fail a steroid test? that sounds crazy to me. however im pretty sure they did get yanked off the shelves. i mean is this saying that i tested positive for anabolic steroids ? i mean this sucks. I cant even make sense of this paper. when i got the test done i told them i was taking mass tabs and the dumb b1tch said "oh my husband takes those they shouldnt show up." i was like cool alright lets do it. now i fail? im so pissed right now i dont even know what to do..... like what does this shit mean

    Testosterone /Epitestoster H 7.1 [0-6] (uv)

is 7.1 my T/E ratio? caz wikipedia says a ratio of 10:1 can be normal for some people? im just so confused right now

oh yeah i guess shoulda caught that lol thats right on the page i was reafing about the ratios and masking agent what the hell?

Epitestosterone has not been shown to enhance athletic performance, although administration of epistestosterone can be used to mask a high level of testosterone if the standard T/E ratio test is used. As such, epitestosterone is banned by many sporting authorities as a masking agent for testosterone.

what does that mean exactly ?

It means if its in your system, they ban your ass...

If you take it, it could mask high Test levels...

i mean if its a masking agent and not a steroid but just used to mask high levels of test then technically i didnt test positive for AS right? or wrong ? lol

Your fine, a T/E ratio is used to further test for the appearance of steroids . A high or higher than normal T/E ratio is an indicator of someone on steroids but in of its self does not confirm the presence of steroids in the system. They are starting to do relative T/E ratios for athletic testing now. Because some people already have a naturally higher T/E ratio as part of there normal physiology. So they take a baseline, when they know your not on any anabolics. If you ever test higher than your baseline they will then test more metabolites of steroids in your system.

You just tell him that all the test confirms is that you have naturally high levels of testosterone . A lot of athletes already have higher than normal T/E ratios, either as a product of physical training or an inherent selective advantage.

What coach orders his players to have a drug test anyway?
