75 mgs.....?
I am 48yrs old...been training since i was 16....and i've done about 6 cycles.
There is a friend of mine at the gym who is 68 years old. This guy is an incredible specimen. Ripped and Lean....with a slight Build. (btw...he's been training over 40 years...).
His workout routine is 5 days a week...and he does 75mgs of Ethante per week....nonstop. In other words...he doesn't take a break from the juice. Ethanate is all he does too....no HGH...nothing else but Ethante. He's been doing this routine for a few years now.
He tells me that "I" don't need anymore and that cycling is a waste of time.
What's your opinion on this dosage amount?
You think it's ok to do juice year around at this level?
your constructive input is greatly appreciated...

This reminds me of something else.
There's a guy that goes to the doc and asks for viagra. Well, the doc says "I'm not going to give you anything." He says "no doc, you have to. I don't need that much. Maybe a 1/4 of a pill a day is just fine."
Doc says "Well why would i give you a script for that? It wouldn't do anything."
He says, " I just enough to get my pecker up so i don't piss all over my feet."

Ok..Maybe bad joke. I'll agree.
But no, your proposed dosage is rather minimal. And as a matter of fact, you could get gains that would rival juice by just eating right at those amounts. You should know better.

for a man who is pushing 70.. 75mg a week would help him maintain test levels higher than he would normally for sure.
and after 40+ years training sure he has a grip on diet and training as well.
dont believe 75mg a week would be to much benefit to a healthy adult male in his late 40's

Its a solid dose to maintain fitness and health. At 48 you need bloodwork to know how you would benefit or not from 75mgs.
I think its ok for him, you may be different

Thanks StPete...
Not Sure i agree with you regarding the low dosage of 75 mgs. From what i've read...that's 75mgs is about 2-3 times the normal test level production of someone my age.
If someone is taking 2-3 times the normal test level...i would think that it would make a difference. Granted diet and excercise count...but i don't think we can discount that test level production
Not trying to bust chops bro...just looking at ideas.
Appreciate the input....

Check out the Hormone Replacement Therapy, Longevity, Wellness, Anti-Aging, Alternative Medicine Section and there you can look into HRT/TRT.
