    Ectomorph seeks help 4 newbie juice cycle

    Hi guys! I have been reading the threads for a while and I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on a newbie cycle. Im 26y, 173cm, 55kg with 6% bf. Im a hardgainer as almost all "ectos" are and have been in the gym for quite a while now. I gained 6kg since I've started seriously working out again (I used to play "pro" soccer in the past) and lost one kg during vacations To be honest Im a bit tired of bs supps (pro-hormonal, creatine, NO's etc...) and wanted to bulk up a little without loosing the ripped look :P I get ripped very easily and have "bruce lee" like vascularity :P but I still have a 2D look!

    Oh almost forgot I do have a day job so my nutrition could be a bit better, however I do feel hungry every 1.5h so I try to get a 2k+ calory intake and Im very careful when it comes to being healthy with food!

    Any pointers?

    post your exact diet. You should NOT cycle until you have a sound diet

    First Meal

    50/100g Cerelac Wheat + 400g semi skim milk

    2 Ham sandwiches

    Second Meal

    Mediterranean based home made veggie soup

    150g steak with 150g rice 150g potatoes, fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions (sometimes I use pasta just to vary)

    Yogurt

    Third Meal

    50/100g Cerelac Wheat + 400g semi skim milk

    Fourth Meal

    Mediterranean based home made veggie soup

    Half a chicken with 150g rice 150g potatoes, fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions (sometimes I use pasta just to vary)

    Yogurt

    Fifth Meal

    50/100g Cerelac Wheat + 400g semi skim milk

    2 Ham sandwiches

    The type of meat will vary but I always try to eat healthy concerning that and the way it is cooked :P I know I should eat more but it is really hard cos of my job. I also try to diversify a bit but what I presented has been the base I have been using. Some pointers about nutrituion will be welcomed! Assuming that I get that part right can I get some pointers about the newbie cycle as well?

    PS: The avatar pic is what I looked like a year ago...just to ilustrate my 2D look :P stated on the first post! those 5kg got me a lil fuller now...

    navigate to the diet forum and have a read of the 'stickys' at the top where there are laid out diets. 2000 cals is nowhere near enought to bulk.

    UK Lad is right you need to have atleast 2400 calories which is in a good food and to grow on diest you need to check the diet section around 4000 calories atleast.

    cycle food first. 55kg is roughly 121 pounds and 173 cm is about 5'8. so thats pretty tiny, no matter how much of a hard gainer you are.

    How long should you be on a solid, healthy meal plan before begining a cycle?

    Fair enough...genetics dont help though cos my relatives are all skinny & small boned like me and im one of the tallest.

    So...considering my structure how long should I wait and how many kg more should I get before starting my first cycle?

    you can use that excuse if you want, but one of my friends is in the same boat as you, even more ripped naturally though. he can get to 170 with consistent working out and eating a lot.

    the bold truth, you should gain around 30kg more imo. you might say thats impossible, but it just takes time and commitment. i have a feeling that by changing your diet you will gain weight substantially faster than you're used to.

    Well I never tried to eat until gagging...but I have a strict training routine so I dont have a problem with commiting with my nutrition so I will follow your advice. About the 30kg...well I honestly think that it is not possible and if I managed to do so I would turn into something I dont want to...I would be more than happy to get 65/70kg and keep my bf between 8%/12%

    you aren't eating nearly enough bro. if your training is dialed in as you say, it is your diet that is holding you back. you are far away from using AAS. do a lot of reading and question asking in these areas of the forum. good luck
