This is a question regarding the effectiveness of Test C.

Here are my pre-cycle stats after training regularly for about 4 years now;

Height: 5’5
Weight: 153lbs
Body Fat: 9.5%
Age: 23

My diet is about 3500 calories per day with about 200grams of protein.

I have been on Test C (300mgs every 3.5 days) going on my 4th week now (7 shots) and I have only put on a 4 pounds so far. I have noticed a bit of a strength gain, but that could also be attributed to the placebo effect.

I still have 7 more weeks on cycle, so I was wondering if this is normal, or whether I should be seeing some more drastic changes at this stage?
