    I have done both long and short cycles. And I have to agree with this post 6 week cycles work best for me. I think it may be an individual thing. Not an across the board recommendation for everyone.

    One should simply try the shorter cycle's and see if it works for them. But it should work best if you do it for a year. Cycle off cycle off, etc for a whole year. The progression is key.

    But I do think some of the best gear left off the list would include:
    NPP
    Var
    Masteron
    Winny

    Not sure about Dbol and anadrol for blood pressure and bloat sides.

    lots of broledge on this board, that's for sure.

    Search for realgains and his work on short cycles. Or muscletrainee. 2 very high level trainers with extensive knowlegde, not dumbass parroting.

    Although the accuracy of this article seems to have been questioned by some users I found it an interesting.

    I am myself planning a 6 week cycle for my next as opposed to my usual 12 week ones that I have been running. I'm doing so for a number of reasons and had already decided that that was the way to go before reading this post but it was interesting to hear someone else's view on the matter.

    then read up on marcuss's post "short burst cycling",that is a better read on this subject!
